About us
Our background
As the only hockey club in the Bayside area we are passionate about our sport and community. We are enthusiastic about creating a culture based on the club’s history, social interaction and individual’s wellbeing, and aim to make the sport accessible to everyone.
With 3 teams for both men and women, we play at competitive and social levels and our coaches help to improve and enhance the skill of all our members.
Established in 1972 the club still has original members on the playling lists, and now their children have joined us too. With regular social and community events we encourage everyone to become a part of the Bayside family.

Our vision
The Bayside Hockey Club provides an environment where Hockey can be played at a Competitive and Social Level by a group of Members who are enthusiastic about creating a Culture based on the Clubs History, Social Interaction and individuals well being.
We provide this environment in a manner that ensures the Club longevity and retains financial viability, where Members fees are kept to a level that will always encourage participation. We aim to make the Bayside Hockey Club an active participant in the Local Community.
