Lou has a wealth of experience with State, National and International coaching roles and has also been State Coach and selector for the Victorian Development Team.

As a Level 3 Coach and Level 1 Goalkeeping Coach, Lou will be responsible for all the coaching program across the Women's, Men's and Junior Divisions.

The experience and professionalism Lou brings to the Club sees us enter a new era of on-field development and support for all our players.

Hockey is a family affair in the Ciriello household.  Lou has played hockey all his life and both his father and his son are involved in the sport.  In fact, Lou's son Chris has had a stellar hockey career. He played for Australia and played at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games and the World Cup.
